There was spice in your eyes
as the fireworks **** around the sky
Reflecting colors in the still blue sea
and leaving off smile in your dreary face
The cold breeze of fresh air poked your mushy cheek
Making you quiver like a lost little kid
It was indeed loud
yet your heart beats louder
And in a blink of a moment,
It was all gone, and quiet
Everything's back to black
There's nothing left but the darkness embracing the moon alone
Why didn't the fireworks last too long?
Just like us and the love left along
