MY FIRST LOVE

Frightening looks the face, that out Peeps from the mirror;

Is it really her ; the one who, so easily stole my heart away.

Lovely dimples, teeth like pearls; flashing  a million dollar smile.

Eyes expressive, speaking volumes, that reached out a mile.

Her figure, that of a mermaid,  was so very perfect.

Nature, sweet as honey; which in everyone happiness could inject.

Looked like a fairy she, minus wings; in a beautiful white lace.

Today hurts me to see her so obese, with a wrinkled face.

As a kid, she was my first love; though much older than me.

Adored her I, with all my heart; our age difference I did not see.
