Writing has been a part of me since
high school tendencies to pass time
Never aware of the impact words written could do
all I read is what I used to write
all you write I read and know

How it affects me is beyond me
Its logical to believe
in a path stepped on
leaves a trail to follow
Followed it leads you away and toward
safety that's in the heart like a drawing in the head
Only that it is not shared no trace can
be found
So sad
We could've known the art

It is opportunity now ain't it
We can let, give, put, take
All forms of artistry on a piece of internet
for it to be torn only to still remain
No reason to be scared
It is now clear
You are safe forever
I have made it home

Hello Poetry
I am no poet
But
I'm Home
