Untitled 169
Two miles away
from a much needed
toilet break,
my stomached churned
as I turned
down a busy road.
In tattered rags
his body laid curved
in an unnatural angle
against a brick wall,
while two strangers
surrounded him.
I am certain
he was hurting
or dead
but I did not stop
to help,
merely drove on
till the sight
was long gone
so, I could relieve myself.
