Subtle looks
And subtle sights
A hard right hook
In the dark of night
A slanted crook
Without the pleasure
Adjustment is
Without good measure
I am unafraid
But I fear anyways
Self doubt that clouds
Beautiful moments
Voice and thoughts
And roaming composure
I never was one
For random exposure
Leering obstacles
That never made sense
**** burning bridges
When you can Build a fence
Stretch and grow
And seeds shall sew
And if we never ask
We will surely never know
Failure is sacrificed
For glory and light
Forget the screams
That succumb the night
Circumstance wrestled
With hasty thought
And now there’s new lessons
To be taught
Take what you will
And write what you know
All that can happen
is maybe you’ll grow x
