If Love

If love is blind.

Then hold your hands upon my eyes.

I am yours to lead.

If love is deceiving.

Then whisper sweet lies.

I've always been a fool.

If love is magic.

Then you are my Houdini.

Bedazzel me, my dear.

If love is a puzzel.

Then I have found the missing piece.

Only you complete me.

If love is poetry.

Then read me a poem from your heart.

I will translate it with mine.

If love is what I think it is.

Then surely this must be.

So take me by the hand sweet love.

And I will follow thee.
