You walk around the house.
Thinking you're the god of us.
You act superior.
You act all high and mighty.
But it is not the truth.

You act as if we owe you some favor.
As if just being in your presence is a blessing.
You look down on us.
You push and push us.
Making me scream.

I try to say the words stuck in my throat.
I try to tell her to break away.
I can not say the words I need to say.

She doesn't see the heartless monster.
She only sees what you want her to see.
She sees you as a god.
She sees you as her ruler.
She needs to break away.

She sees the truth.
Yet she turns away.
