Flowers grow upon
The graves of the fallen
Those who gave their all
To shine a light
Into the darkness of this world

Flowers grow
Their blood stains the Earth
They fought
They died
For a higher cause

Now they lay
Sleep the eternal sleep
Now they lay
The flowers marking their spot
Now they lay
Gone but never forgotten
