It is a
far too
simple
beauty,

that you
parade
your smile
across my
eyes.

I carry
you with
me.

like wind
on the
water.

and though
you leave
me
here.

here is
where
you will
always
find me.

a headstone
as a matter
of fact.

to your
laughter,

to your
passion
to hard
and heavy
nights.

it is dearly
a missing
moment
without
you here.

a hole in
the sky.

a star fallen
upon my
back.

unexpectedly
broken
below my
feet.

my heart
is like
a fire"s
embers,

long past
the flame.

black
and
hidden
from
view.

unable to
rekindle
the moment

again.

and in

the night

I can feel it.

this moment

this is

where hell

begins.
