I’ll hold it deep down inside.
Swallowed thoughts start to consume my mind. Not knowing if something is real this time. I’ll close my eyes and count backwards from ten. Time and time again. Hoping for the things I envision to disappear. To much pressure. Air is getting harder to breathe. I see You exhale life to set you free. Lied to too many time to believe. This time is different. Ignorant because I loved you, weak in the knees, but maybe it’s always just been butterflies in my head. The direction was completely mislead. Lust/love had no fate, must of had an expiration date. To Love letters spoken of but never sent. Spiritual guidance of sins that need to be repent. To write the words I could never speak. I wrote them down in my head space, but I need a clear mind to see. When I take you out of the equation, whats left is always me.
