Jan 2019
Grassy embankment,
artificial yet placidly beautiful,
with mixed emotions
I turn to you for refuge.

Sun breaks,
slightly through the clouds,
with just enough
to lighten my dark mood.

Quiet town,
convergence of landscapes,
with loving heart
I say farewell to you.
