The courtship poems 38
Tonight.
I wish
I could
take
back,
all the
moves
in your
life that
ever
caused
you
pain.
and then
melt
all of
your
dreams
that have
never come
true
into a
single
thought.
of you
and I.
no guilt.
only
innocence.
and the
smile
of a
morning
dawn
upon
your angel
face.
with time
and
obligation
held at
bay.
a king
a queen.
protecting
each other
at all
costs.
till the
day that
there
are no
moves
left.
till the
moment
we fall
down.
exhausted,
into
each other's
arms
in peace..
in grace.
in hope.
under a
hot corona
sun of
white.
