Left with the nerves
of a body
after death.
Twitching,
unwilling,
to give up life.

Soak limbs in liquid,
dripping rose color,
blood and water.
Peal away bloated
dead matter.

Snake skin
every seven years.
Shedding scales
from eyes,
and minds,
twitching back to life
moved.
