She loves me,
she loves me not.
One too many petals,
I have wasted on that thought,
I did all a flower could,
and kept my pedals closed until it was right.
When I finally opened up, awaiting the light
It came for a while, but soon a shadow hung.
The bumblebee came down, and me it stung.
I gave it my nectar, It took it all,
and then the act was done, and it let me fall
All this time I should have fought,
as it turns out she loves me not.
