Rain Drops

Just a girl

Elbows on the window sill

Head in her hands

Watching the rain splash on the window

Distorting the view

Making shapes and colours

As the rain drops fall.

A shiver

She wraps her arms around her

Wishing its was someone else’s strong arms

Takes a jumper

Caus she knows it’s the only fluffy warm feeling

She will feel in a while.

Just a girl

Looking through the window

Wondering who is out there

Is there someone out there for me

Pulling the jumper tighter

Head back in her hands

Watching the rain

Distorting the view ……….
