My children are persuaded,
by foolish delights...
They’re searching for happiness,
with boys in their sights!
Each time I visit, them do I,
caution with love...
“Store not treasures on Earth,
but in Heaven above!”

They say they know Jesus,
but in works they deny...
Yet if only they knew,
that His coming is nigh!
Then would God become first,
in their actions and thoughts...
And their worldly gains would they know,
‘tis all for naught!

LORD, please help me wake them,
for they are sound asleep...
Depart from the ninety-nine,
to go after these sheep!
I pray that you’ll find them,
both unharmed by this world...
Because they are so precious;
my two little girls!
