Shine
This place be a'shining,
Within this Summer Glade
Untouched by human hands,
Unknown by human minds.
From the glade comes a glint,
A glint, of love and of light
It dissipates all evil
Resonates with all good
But the glade must remain secret
Secret, to but, the Beasts of the Glade
For if not, this glint will be mudered
By the eyes and hands of man.
So the Glade will shine
Till our days grow old, or stop.
Yet within it, no humans reside
Within, live the Beasts of the Glade
They live, breath and talk
Just as we all do.
They laugh, dance and sing
Yet, they are not as us
They are the Beasts of the Glade
Those who live, not like us
Yet, they are those who live
Live, and make the Glade shine.
