Do not judge
But be aware
Be observant
No need to stare

When friends stumble
Or loos their way
Be ready to listen
To what they have to say

To themselves
They may not admit
While in front of them
You may sit

Releasing feelings
Reliving stress
To outsiders
Just a mess

Given time
Their pain may ease
With sympathy
From one who sees
