Nov 2018
A silver dale stagelit on silhouetted horizon
Treasured musing in grassy hedgerows at dask
A walk under spells of secret cat calls
And hark the birds take night in flight.

You pretty of shade and hour have hope
Thank goodness you now fair long to become
The flower of days when Summer you danced
And woods rang gaily to the tuneful hum.

Love Mary ***
