Poems
Nov 2018
of The noise
Naked in my bed
Bathed in sunlight
Sitting thinking what does my life mean
And what will I become
If I don't leave my pillow
And cancel my dentist appointment
What do I do
When I can't sing into my pillow
Rip a hole in the fabric
Sing deep and softly
Suicide's not an option when your mind's hollow
Skip a beat
Skip a groove in my sleep
So tired I have to leave
Of the noise
Or the lack of within the walls
It's too loud without it.
