Sunset
Warm colors
Pink, orange
Red, yellow
Light up the dimming sky
A giant ball of fire
Descending down,
Down,
And down
Darkness falls over the world
The moon peeks
Over the mountain tops
Slowly ascending into the sky
Stars blink
Lighting the way
Through the darkness
Of our world
That is our life
The cycle of the Earth
We rarely recognize it
But that is what it deserves
Night
Day
Today
Tomorrow
We donβt know what is coming
But we can count on the sun
To be there when we wake
And the moon when we drift off to sleep
