Sober Somber No longer
Venom
Drips slowly
Musky stream
Light & airy
Dizzying dream
Time
Ceases to exist
With this twisted
Fate
Purity is amiss
Logical thoughts
Dissolve like mist
Sunken eyed glaze
Clenching of the fist
China white
& Heart of black
Lay me gently
Into a bed of roses
Then let the thorn
Cut me deep
Blurry haze
Toss & turn
Erratic sleep
Sober somber
Is no longer
Mind of wit
In a fit
For sober somber
is no longer
