You who can.
I climbed out of the day
Switching off the light
In the gloomy twilight
Never forgotten
How the sadness
Broke my soul
For as the sparrow saw
Birds die quietly
And my feathers were broken
The heart now lonely
And you who can
Remember.
Love Mary Mum Grandma ***
