Drink do not,
like a fish, but drink like a bird, with his beak.
Smoke do not, like a chimney, a  puff once in a way, you can occasionally pick.
Eat do not, like a pig,
Put on weight like an elee, you will n your knees will creak.

I am not asking you, to refrain from everything; or to be a health freak.
But also don't eat n drink, like there is no tomorrow,
moderations seek.
Moderations in all the spheres of life, will make you like a god-greek.
