Don’t assume things
It gets you in trouble
You might start something you don’t want
Even if you’re confused
Think of good thoughts to choose
Whatever you think is not right
Assuming things could probably destroy your life
I have assumed and didn’t think twice
Now I’m having to pay the price
If I would turn back the hands of time
I’d turn it, to make it right
I wish there a way I could fix it
Because I don’t want to go with this shame
So, never assume things
It will get you in bigger trouble
