Trying to find the words as we try find some warmth amid the cold air.
She is a rest of comfort and betterment,
so I ask desirably of her,
honey take me there.

Her eyes glisten as headlights rush past.
I’m so accustomed to being alone.
so I ask softly of her,
honey take me home.
