The clouds were moving through the moonlight
And her beams peeked through the curtain
Under naked eyes
The stars crossed
A fireside of bites frost
        The found was lost
In the deep skies polka dots
She seas spots in the oceans thoughts
                                                        Of her life
There wasn't anything she could change
Her clothes and what the weather sought
To glow
Behind the moonlight
And the clouds curtains closed
                         On her open heart
But he knows what was truly lost
                                     The raindrops
Which kept falling on the headlights
In the sunshine of the storm
They could put their clothes on
If they weren't already torn off
No one wants to sew
For in a haystack of needles
It's hard to find the straw
If you're not a scarecrow
   She was the moonlight
   Moving through the clouds
And her beams poked through his eyesight
Before the curtains closed
                  There was a glow
But the only one that saw it
Was the man left in the cold
