Confusion is the essence of life
For which I don't give much thought
Of who is and isn't right
For me, at night.

I do not keep any one individual
In my head each day,
Losing my self control
And digging myself a hole.

I'm not crazy about you.
You aren't on my mind now.
I don't care what you do;
Whether I'm one or two.

So take your time.
You aren't on my mind;
You aren't the dime
That makes me chime.
For those who simply cannot let go
