The road has been too long Lord
but the end is now in sight;
shelter me this little while
while I keep off the night;
the night from which, I won't wake
once this body's lost its fight.

The road was winding, twisting,
never knew, what's round the bend;
only sadness Lord and sorrow
that I thought had no **** end;
obstacles thrown in my path
that I thought I could not mend.

The road was way too  long Lord
until I saw Your light;
until I felt Your blessings
that made it all...all right;
when you took away the darkness
and made each new morning bright.
