Poems
Sep 2018
my lullaby
tears landing
too softly
on the pillow.
music, background noise,
because silence
provokes my deadly thoughts.
as I cry myself to sleep,
still, I think of you.
I try to imagine your voice.
itβs much better than my lullaby
