Sliver of a moon

Sliver of a Moon

On this wishful Easter-eve

A light meal accomplished,

Moonlit twilight serenade

Enticing,

Is

A fine

Sliver of a moon.

Entrancing

Starlit, wispy,

Just enough

On a cool clear evening

Is

A sliver of a moon.

Just enough

For a wonderful end to

A light meal,

A starry night

Under

A sliver of a moon

Marvelous for a moon dance

On this wishful Easter-eve.
