Were it not for the little lights dancing
One might beg the waves to overcome
Wash over the hills pushing, advancing
Break the axle, rusty fulcrum

Extinguish the flames, end the anguish
Were it not for these dancing lights
Under the waves then to vanquish
That would be the answer, the price

But these little dancing lights
Keeping the waves at bay
For now
