Misery
I am the beast
I am the state of being
I am no longer running from
What have I been getting used to?
Pouring myself down the drain the morning after
I have naught, but I just am.. the insufferable disease
So I painted themes of what my life might be had I never had a

Dream
And it's dead
When the poison gets inside
It might take a lifetime just
To know your lifeboat has slowly drifted away against the tide
The roof the fiddler played on
