When emotions get you high
and you have your head in the clouds
when all your tears fill the sky
and feelings set no bounds
when you're in love
but love isn't on your side
and when you see her fave
you do nothing but hide
and when you try to touch her with your mind
you feel her thorns stabbing you from inside
and when you kiss her in your fantasies
she just turns away  
and when it's only one minute and it will be twelve
you close your papers and go back to the shelf
for neither i am a poet or a singer
but she is the only reason why i still linger
to this life where i live inside my cave
for only love i desire
and emotions i crave
although i did nothing and nothing but gave
i dig my own grave
cause i am the love slave
