Somewhere in China,
Is a girl I could love.
Her hair smells like peaches
And her eyes shine like silver.

Somewhere in China,
Is a girl I’ll never meet.
She lives in a village,
With a name I can’t pronounce.

My heart is somewhere in China,
And I can’t pronounce the name
Of the girl who stole it.
Will she ever give it back?
