In Australia there is an old story
About a big monster in a lake~
It apparently is good eating
But to catch it patience it takes~
The only thing it will bite on
Seems as told is real hot beer~
So if you go Bunyip fishing
Always have a few cartons of it stacked near~
You put a hot beer onto a strong line
And place it in the best spot~
Then wait for the Bunyip to bite
You have not got to wait a lot~
When you think that the beer might be getting cold
You pull it in again~
And put another hot beer on the line
And then you do the same~
Each time the beer gets cold
Pull it in and throw out another~
As bunyips they dont like cold beer
But never take your mother~
I once showed this Bunyip fishing to a friend
And he asked me sitting there and looking puzzed~
Well .... What do you do then with all the cold beer
Oh .. I said .. I guess it just gets guzzled~
