They left with you
the beautiful days that I used
to wake up to
the flowers that used to be
in my garden
even the smell of the mornings
in love with you
those beautiful and shiny stars
that came at night
accompanying the white moon
we used to sing to
they left with you, all those things
are just memories
I carry in my heart, also what we used to call our dreams
the most beautiful moments,
the most beautiful time
everything that will never
comeback to my life
I want you to be happy
I ask God to protect you
to help you find your way
I learned to live without those things that you took away
now I'm a different person
I have scars in my heart
sometimes they bleed out
I will survive, you made me strong
I will keep on going to chase
new dreams, new memories
that way I will forget the ones
that left with you..
