You
As the day turns from a bright yellow to a purple and pink hue
It is so beautiful it makes me think of you
The cumulus clouds represent the imaginary thought bubbles over my head
That replay all the words you’ve said
A gust of chilled air brushes against my cheek
Like the way your lips do ever so meek
How slow the world does move
Almost as if to say it approves
“Let’s savor the moment of these two”
I always picture yours out of all the faces
Your love resides in beautiful places
