You will always be yourself inside
yet at times we must wear a mask
even though this mask cannot be seen
it's the shadow which "they" like to see

The sun, the moon, the stars, the sky
These thoughts inside don't dream – they're
The sea, the trees, the wolf, the scent
this life will breath as men will die

In the winter I sleep
in the summer I weep
In the winter I creep
In the summer I reap

You will always be yourself inside
yet at times we must wear a mask
even though this mask cannot be seen
it's the shadow which "they" like to see

The sun, the moon, the stars, the sky
These thoughts inside don't dream – they're
The sea, the trees, the wolf, the scent
this life will breath as men will die

In the winter I sleep
in the summer I weep
In the winter I creep
In the summer I reap
