Nov 2012
crooked vines crawl a wicked way
twisting a treacherous path for
he-who-fails-to-stay
No! Don't go!
she thought, she forgot to say
heavy with power and
stumbling dry in the rain
wanting to lie in leaves
and feel the earth soak up her pain
wanting with impatience
the chance to say his name
