LOVE  BIRDS

Birds of love, how don't you feel a little shy?
Beak on beak in deepest kiss close to my eye.
We the humans, feel ashamed of public kiss.
It's a shame that we look at with some malice.

Why don't you wait till the room is just for you?
Then you can enjoy your kiss with none to view.
No one will say one bad word of sin or shame
As we, human beings, can do and keep good name.

My dear man, l am a bird and known as pure.
I don't do what anyone can least injure.
What l do with my mate bird is good for all
My mate is my only love since we were small.

I don't mate with other birds or flirt with them
Or look at them with bad eyes or a worse whim.
What we do is known to all and can't bring blame,
So we do all our deeds and keep good fame.
