Solitude
Frozen blood within my bones
Warming tears as I stand alone
Nostalgic visions my heart invade
Endless winters that I can’t escape
And I long for your eyes
the forgotten springs
their refreshing breezes
caressing my skin
I search for your smile
I crave for your lips
the tender kisses
I will forever miss
With "Solitude" I wanted to crystallize ("freeze") the deep loneliness and sadness a person experiences for unrequited love
