Oct 2012
as you grow,
remember what i'd told you
so many nights ago,
how i said to "always be true."
when facing any adversity,
to keep both ears peeled.
to let yourself truly love,
and to never let wounds heal.
they'll make you stronger,
with plenty of infection.
and, also, to never aid anyone
in another's dissection.
keep your hands on the wheel,
and your eyes to the sky.

there's no way to stop growing up,
even after you die.
