You talked about Anger
She embraced your soul
I didn’t understand what you meant when you said Anger was all you knew
Anger was who you went to sleep with at night
I hoped I could be the one to lie next to you
Anger is who you walk around with everyday
It’s pains me knowing I can’t be beside you
It’s Anger who you go to in times of sadness
In times of suffering
The first time we kissed
It was Anger that was painted on your face
I’ve never seen something so fierce, so rooted in the word forever
I wanted it so bad
And it seems Anger has now touched me
Anger drives me
She gives me life
For if it wasn’t for Anger
I would feel nothing
