May 2018
Beyond the ruptured bridge
I roam near the ridge
Of my sleepy village
Take a little advantage
To watch the glimpses
That eclipses
An evening awaits
Enthusiastic evening gaits
Pilgrims on the move
With lamps in their hands
To show them the right path
The memory tries to trek
Mind is on wreck
Luminous eyes watch from summit
The line of men and women and children
Their foot stamps at beating of drums
Keeping the rest mum
They go on non stop
Mile stone shines every mile
Evening turned misty even now awaits
For night to come
