a slave to the man
all your complaints are filed,
at best
you despise him
yet you smoke his cigarettes.
you attend his suares,
study his written philosophies
buy into his *******
and claim,
you are enemies yet.
you walk with contradiction,
and trot with solemn unification,
that you my friend,
are just a vein in the inter-workings of his vascular system,
one step closer to the heart of it all.
