Oh how I do adore a coming storm
The air so fresh and very pure
The feeling that the thunder gives
Is one my soul within can so endure
It fills a being with adrenalin
Giving an energy often hard to explain
Watching as it rolls on slowly in
With the promise of the purest rain
We get all the rain we need we do
But there's nothing I love like a storm
And most of all if it contains lightening
How I love to watch it so as it does perform
A natural and beautiful symphony of energy
It does something for and to a soul
I've always love a storm ever so it's true
Since back when I was but a few years old
