Was the best day of my life
A beautiful baby girl was given to me
To stay alive
A gift from god when i asked him for a sign.
My baby sister saved me that day.
The night before she was born i
Wanted die
But i got the call that she has arrived in
This messes up world
As soon as i saw her in my mother's arms
I knew i wanted to care for her for forever and
Beyond
The little baby was placed into my arms and that
Was the first time i truly felt love
Her eyes the color of a beautiful chocolate brown
And the button nose i absolutely adore.
The years go by and she continues to be the reason i'm still alive but
There has been multiple times i've tried to die.
I'm sorry my sweet girl that i made mistakes
But from this day on i will clean up my mistakes
I know mom cant take care of you like i do
I know you call me momma and it feels so right

I've raised you, i've bathed you, i've been always the one who tells
