reTIRED
I'm a hopeless romantic,
with no one to romance.
I hangup my charm
like a boxer hanging up gloves.
Because you hurt me,
I gave you my all and you took it,
never giving in return.
I'm left
hoping,
wanting,
desiring,
and I don't know when
I'll be able to love freely again.
