a beast is swimming
through pale veins
heavy chains +
blemished skin

conjoined -
creating dissonance,
irregular patterns
in the surrounding

we beg for chaos and
hurricanes
on a beautiful

a sound other than
our restless sighs
and heavy breath
echoing into eachothers'
